We strive to use earths clean and renewable energy sources, in design, practice and application and to bring energy to those without.

Who We Are

Arina Caster, CEO and Founder—Arina grew up in the Albuquerque South Valley in a completely off-grid solar home. Her parents taught her about energy sustainability, the significance of taking care and having respect for our planet and understanding the value and importance of using the sun as a source of power. Arina has served in the US Peace Corps and has consulted many small businesses in sustainability. It was her time abroad when she realized the need for accessible power and how so many people don’t have it.

David Chrissinger, Vice President and Technical Lead-- David is a native of Los Alamos and an experienced electrician. He possesses over 10 years working with high and low voltage systems, to include solar, and has obtained extensive electrical and technical skills. He has successfully worked with residential, commercial and industrial systems and has an advanced working knowledge of all technical-electrical components. David has helped develop the OES and is passionate about using renewables as an electrical source.
